Program Manager, Enterprise Architecture Activity Lead at KeyLogic

Russ White has extensive work experience in various leadership roles and industries. Russ began their career as a Software Engineer at General Dynamics in 1984 and later worked as a Software Architect at Lockheed Martin. In 1997, they became the Vice President of Engineering & Operations at Innovative Systems, where they were responsible for managing a 100-person team.

From 1999 to 2001, Russ served as the Chief Technologist and Chief Information Officer at Redleaf, overseeing distributed software product development across multiple locations. Russ then joined Personity, Inc. as the Vice President of Product Development, managing both internal and external teams.

In 2002, Russ became the Vice President of Automation & Information Systems at Union Switch & Signal, leading approximately 225 technology professionals in the rail and transit industry. Russ introduced Agile-based development methodologies and redesigned project management practices.

From 2007 to 2009, Russ worked at TrueCommerce, serving as Vice President of Technology and Chief Operating Officer. Russ implemented Agile-based product development methodologies and successfully guided the development and deployment of a SaaS-based product, leading to significant customer growth.

Russ joined DDI in 2009 and held the position of Vice President, Global Technology Group, and Data Protection Officer (DPO). Russ was responsible for global product development, technology infrastructure, and technology vendor partnerships. Russ defined and implemented the cloud architecture strategy for DDI's global IT applications.

Currently, Russ is working at KeyLogic Systems as a Program Manager, Enterprise Architecture Activity Lead. Their responsibilities include managing the Business Systems Integration team, refining development practices, and improving customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

In addition to their professional career, Russ is also a Permanent Deacon at the Diocese of Pittsburgh, starting in 2022.

Russ White holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they obtained from 1985 to 1987. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science with a minor in Chemistry from Bethany College, completing their studies from 1979 to 1984. In addition, Russ White has obtained various certifications, including Certified CMMI Associate from the CMMI Institute in 2021 and Scaled Agile Framework Program (SAFe) Consultant in 2013. Russ is also a certified DDI Facilitator and Targeted Selection Interviewer, as well as a graduate of the Center for Executive Education Leadership Development Initiative at Duquesne University, which they completed in 2004.
