Arpit Shukla

Arpit Shukla has held a variety of roles since 2014. In 2014, they were an Intern at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, where they troubleshot and maintained on-site issues related to network strengths and call drops, as well as analyzing the working conditions of the equipment and providing on-site assistance. In 2015, they were an Intern at Vodafone, where they anticipated and analyzed common connectivity workflow problems, installed, maintained and supported on-site problems, and oversaw a decrease in the average daily number of call drops. In 2018, they were a Sales Associate at NYU Bookstore, where they greeted customers, responded to questions, improved engagement with merchandise and provided outstanding customer service, operated cash registers, managed financial transactions, and balanced drawers. Arpit was also a Proctor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, a Business Analyst at Uncharted Power, and an Associate at Follett. In 2019, they were an Operations/Data Analyst at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, where they successfully found and communicated with potential buyers for the MTA's excess bus parts and EZ Pass equipment, conducted data analysis using R, and provided reference for team members by writing documentation and providing support and help. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Systems Analyst at KeyMe Locksmiths, where they are the primary owner of the kiosk performance reporting progress in reducing it, working with Engineering to help design, test, promptly deploy and track the performance of Engineering solutions, and conducting exploratory analysis to understand patterns on the kiosks.

Arpit Shukla has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they obtained in 2016. Arpit then obtained a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology from New York University in 2019. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a variety of certifications, including a Certified Tableau Desktop Specialist, Implementing a Data Warehouse using SQL, SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis (2016), R Statistics Essential Training, Learning Python, Financial Modeling, SQL, Tableau 10 A-Z: Hands-On Tableau Training For Data Science, C Programming, NCC, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Google Analytics.
