Justyna Wozniak

Justyna Wozniak has a diverse range of work experience. Justyna began their career as a German Teacher at Zespół Szkół Budowlanych im. Kazimierza Wielkiego from September 2007 to December 2012. Justyna then worked as a Visual Graphics Specialist at McKinsey & Company in 2013. In the same year, they also served as an Accounting Specialist at CLAVEY - Group Polska. From June 2013 to September 2015, they worked as an Assistant / Interpreter at the same company. Justyna then joined Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. as an Assistant to Deputy CEO from June 2017 to April 2019. From April 2019 to October 2019, they worked as a Quantity Surveyor / Office Manager at FiB Infrastruktur & Service GmbH. Justyna then worked as a Junior Project Manager Quality and Innovation at Gegenbauer Services GmbH from November 2019 to September 2020. Currently, they are working at KEYOU as a Vehicle Development Project Manager from October 2020, and in May 2023, they transitioned into the role of Customer Project Manager.

Justyna Wozniak's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Justyna started their education in 2002 at Uniwersytet Szczeciński, where they earned a Master's degree in German philology in 2007. In 2009, they pursued postgraduate studies in legal translation Polish-German and German-Polish at Uniwersytet Szczeciński.

In 2015, Justyna completed postgraduate studies in quality management at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu. The following year, they pursued postgraduate studies in project management at the same institution.

Starting from 2018, Justyna studied at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu, where they obtained an engineer's degree in engineering/industrial management in 2022.

Currently, Justyna is pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in engineering management at Poznan University of Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2024.

In addition to their academic degrees, Justyna has obtained several certifications. These include a Certificate of Vocational Qualification - Manager from the VCC Foundation in 2018, PRINCE2® Foundation from PeopleCert in 2018, Internal Auditor ISO/TS 16949:2009 from TÜV Rheinland Group in 2016, Quality Auditor (TÜV) from TÜV Rheinland Group in 2016, Quality Representative (TÜV) from TÜV Rheinland Group in 2016, Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 from TÜV SÜD in 2015, Environmental management system ISO 14001:2004 from TÜV SÜD in 2015, and Human resources and pay specialist - 1 degree from Wielkopolski Instytut Zarządzania in 2014.
