Razane El Zaim

Razane El Zaim is currently the Head of HR at Keyper, where they focus on enhancing company culture and improving employee experiences. With seven years of experience in the HR field, they previously served as a Human Resource Generalist at Microsoft, where they promoted employee engagement and harmony within the workplace. Razane began their career at TIJAN Engineering Group, progressing from a Marketing Associate to an HR Lead, where they introduced significant training and benefit initiatives. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the American University of Beirut.
