Christina T. has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Payment Specialist Lead at KeyPoint Credit Union since August 2014. In this role, Christina reviews and analyzes projects, policies, and procedures while processing domestic and international wire transfers. Previously, as a Payment Specialist and Card Services Representative II at the same organization, responsibilities included customer inquiries and fraud monitoring. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Customer Service Manager/Public Notary at Bank of the West, where Christina expanded customer relationships and trained staff, and as Customer Service Lead at Walmart, focusing on customer transactions. Additionally, Christina held a position as Deli Assistant Manager at Safeway, overseeing employee schedules and inventory management. Education was completed at Mt. Pleasant High School from 1998 to 2001.
