Christine Chen has extensive experience at KeyPoint Credit Union, serving in various roles since 1999. As Retail Development Manager since November 2003, Christine holds multiple certifications, including NPS Administrator, Certified TMA Facilitator, and Certified Integrity Coaching Facilitator, in addition to responsibilities as NMLS Administrator and Notary Administrator. In the role of Corporate Trainer, Christine conducts orientations and training sessions while coordinating corporate events. Previously, as Sales Manager and Call Center Manager, Christine oversaw both in-house and national call centers. Educational background includes attendance at Saint Francis High School and San Jose State University.
