Michael Jelinek

Michael Jelinek has over 25 years of experience in investigative and management roles within the security and background investigation sectors. Currently serving as a Contract Investigator at KeyPoint Government Solutions since November 2014, Michael focuses on OPM contract investigations. Previously, at USIS from 1999 to 2014, Michael held multiple roles including Team Leader and District Manager, where responsibilities included supervising teams, ensuring compliance with standards, and conducting complex background investigations. Earlier experience includes a position as Loss Prevention Coordinator at Hannaford Food and Drug, where Michael was involved in minimizing shrinkage and collaborating with law enforcement. Michael Jelinek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University.
