Heather Pope

Heather Pope has a diverse background in investigative roles and emergency response. Currently serving as a Contract Investigator at Peraton since March 2024, Heather also works as an Emergency Medical Responder with Minnesota City First Responders and a Volunteer Firefighter with the Minnesota City Fire Department, both roles beginning in October 2021 and March 2020 respectively. Previous experience includes serving as an Investigator with Paragon Systems Inc. and Investigator III with CACI International Inc., where responsibilities included conducting background investigations, mentoring new hires, and managing casework. Heather's early career involved positions with the United States Investigations Services and Dakota County Community Corrections, focusing on security clearance processes and probation monitoring. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Winona State University and a high school diploma from Lakeville High School.
