Colleen Greiner, CRRP, CSM, currently serves as Senior Lease Administrator/CAM Specialist at KeyPoint Partners, LLC, where responsibility includes managing common area maintenance (CAM) billing and overseeing a team of Lease Administrators for a 4-million square foot retail real estate portfolio. Previous roles at KeyPoint Partners included Property Manager, overseeing 21 shopping centers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and Assistant Property Manager, providing administrative and financial support for a portfolio of shopping centers from Maine to North Carolina. Earlier in the career, Colleen held the position of Office Manager at Viking Sheet Metal and M. Greiner Trucking Company, focusing on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Colleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainable Entrepreneurship from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has additional education credentials from IREM and ICSC.
