As the Partner and Founder of Keys & Kites since March 2018, Timothy leads all strategy services for the agency. Prior to this, Timothy served as Vice President of Client Services and Partner at The Mx Group from January 2008 to March 2018. Timothy's tenure at Convergys from July 2000 to January 2008 included multiple leadership roles in marketing, contributing to significant revenue growth and establishing the company as a market leader in the human resources outsourcing sector. Additional experience includes positions at Resource/Ammirati, Philips Lighting, McCann, and Zweig Group, demonstrating a robust background in marketing and client relationship management. Timothy is an alumnus of Stonehill College.
