Pawel Rogalski

Pawel Rogalski is the current Director at Keysearch. Pawel has over a decade of experience in organizational consulting and leadership development. Pawel has worked with some of the world's top organizations, including Boyden, Korn Ferry, Wheeley & Scott Executive Search, and dk Executive Search. In their previous role as an Assignment Manager at KPMG, Pawel was responsible for leading and managing consulting projects for clients in a variety of industries. Through their work, Pawel has helped organizations to improve their structure, hiring practices, and employee motivation. In their current role as Director at Keysearch, Pawel is continuing their work to help organizations grow and develop their leaders.

Pawel Rogalski graduated with a postgraduate degree in management from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Pawel also has a MA in psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS.

Pawel Rogalski reports to Franziska Palumbo-Seidel, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Ardy Mougouee - Director, Weronika Oesterreicher - Director, and Mara Vouleli - Director.
