Tiffany Sizemore

Tiffany has recently joined Key Search as a Director and one of their first U.S. hires. She has over 15 years’ experience in RPO and in-house recruiting, consulting and leading recruiting teams for fast-growing start-ups, as well as Fortune 100 & 500 companies. In 2021, she joined a Chicago-based tech recruiting firm, where she learned more in-depth about the VC space and recruited and helped scale highly successful teams to take them to the next level of their business.

Her passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunity, from the client (founders and hiring managers) and candidates alike, and making the perfect match has been proven throughout her career. She enjoys working across roles and industries in order to continue learning and growing. Her innate ability to connect with others and understand their business from the on-set of any search has made her an asset to any organization’s growth plan.

She has helped place candidates across Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success, HR, Finance and Marketing in different industries. Some of the most well-known companies she has worked for are Honeywell, U.S. Cellular, UPS Supply Chain Solutions and BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), Chicago Public Media, and Okta, as well as many fast-growth start-ups in the U.S.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management, with minors in Airport Planning and Flight from Southern Illinois University.
