Babak Shokouhi

Babak Shokouhi is a seasoned semiconductor process development engineer currently working at Keysight Technologies since December 2021, focusing on platform technologies such as HBT, pHEMT, FET, PD, and MMICs at Keysight Labs. Previously, Babak Shokouhi founded Nanodevice Solutions Inc. in March 2014 and led the development of cost-effective, high-quality silicon-based micro-nanoscale structures and devices, including a technology that enhances the quality and decreases the manufacturing cost of specialty AFM probes, until February 2023. Additionally, Babak Shokouhi served on the Board of Directors for NanoOntario from March 2018 to January 2023, supporting the advancement of nanotechnology in the region. Educationally, Babak Shokouhi holds a Master of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nanotechnology Engineering, both from the University of Waterloo.
