Charlotte Van De Mieroop is an E&I Engineer at NewCold since November 2022 and a PhD Researcher at KU Leuven, focusing on low power techniques for SRAM in embedded neural network systems since September 2021. Previous experience includes a two-month internship as an Electrical Design Engineer at Technische Universität Dresden, where a PCB board was designed for an active magnetic bearing control system, and a role as a Teaching Assistant at KU Leuven. Charlotte has also completed internships in analog design at MELEXIS and as a software engineer at TTTech Auto. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering: Electronics and Chip Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science: Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from KU Leuven, following a Latin-Mathematics degree from Sint-Gummaruscollege Lier.
