Chris Hales

Chris Hales is an experienced DevOps professional with a diverse background in software development and operations management. Currently serving as the DevOps R&D Operating Manager at Keysight Technologies since August 2016, Chris focuses on R&D development and Continuous Integration tools for both desktop and cloud applications. Previously held positions include Senior DevOps Engineer and Lead Cloud & DevOps Engineer at Backbase, where responsibilities encompassed automated build processes and cloud product support. Prior to that, Chris worked as a Technical Lead at Kony, Inc., and as a DevOps Manager and Lead Architect at Mediacurrent, specializing in Drupal and Linux systems. An early career included roles as Senior Developer at I-Highway Internet Services and Operations Manager at Spring4th Center, LLC. Chris holds a diploma in Electronics Technology from Nash Community College.
