Jiancheng Yang

Jiancheng Yang, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in the semiconductor and chemical engineering fields with extensive experience at Keysight Technologies since June 2019, currently serving as Operation and Engineering Manager and previously as IC Product Engineer and R&D Semiconductor Process Development Engineer. At Keysight, Jiancheng has driven new circuit introductions, managed high-volume III-V MMIC foundries, and provided customer support and failure analysis for IC products. Prior experience includes a Graduate Research Fellowship at the University of Florida, where Jiancheng focused on Ga2O3 Schottky rectifiers, and a summer internship at The Chemours Company, evaluating bulk power flow testers. Jiancheng holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, along with a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
