Mike Srouji

Mike Srouji is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director at Keysight Technologies since October 2025, Srouji has held similar leadership roles at Synopsys Inc and Ansys, where responsibilities included driving revenue growth and managing enterprise accounts. Prior to these positions, Srouji worked at Cadence, overseeing global enterprise sales efforts and delivering differentiated solutions. Additional experience includes strategic account management at Atrenta and a series of sales roles in the telecommunications industry with AT&T and PageNet. Srouji holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Chico.
