Robbie Norquay

Robbie Norquay has extensive experience in technical support and software engineering, currently serving as a Technical Support/Application Engineer for Keysight Technologies since January 2003. In this role, Robbie provides on-site and remote technical support for Protocol and RF Test Systems across North America, involving analysis of 3GPP/Carrier test cases and the setup of test labs and automation. Prior to this, Robbie worked as a Software Engineer at Anite from 1990 to 2003, where software for mobile phone and Base Station emulation was designed and developed, and at Racal Instruments from 1994 to 1997, focusing on the design and integration of Base Station test and configuration software. Robbie holds a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering from the University of Leeds, supplemented by coursework from Coursera in 2014.
