Scott Westlake

Scott Westlake serves as Vice President of Strategic Innovation at Keysight Technologies, focusing on market development, partnerships, and minority investing since April 2017. Prior to this role, Westlake was Vice President of Corporate Development and Alliances at Ixia Security Test Solutions, managing M&A and strategic alliances leading up to the company's $1.6 billion acquisition by Keysight in 2017.
