Shireen Donaldson

Shireen Donaldson is the VP, Business HR & Chief Learning Officer at Keysight Technologies. Shireen has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as a consultant for a number of companies including Hewlett Packard, Victoria Legal Aid, and the Victorian Workcover Authority. In their current role, they are responsible for leading Keysight Technologies' HR strategy and initiatives.

Shireen Donaldson has a MBA from Monash University, a B.A. in Applied Science from Phillip Institute of Technology, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Shireen also has certification from Yale School of Management in Fostering Inclusion and Diversity Experience and from Deloitte in 2019 CLO Forum: Beyond Learning.
