Smijai Peter

Smijai Peter, CPTD, currently serves as the Learning & Development Program Manager at Keysight Technologies since March 2025. Prior to this role, Smijai held various leadership positions at ExecOnline from January 2019 to January 2025, including Senior Director, Learning Business Partner - Strategic Accounts, Director, Client Advisory - Flagship Accounts, and Associate Director, Insights & Advisory. Smijai's earlier experience includes consulting roles at Korn Ferry between March 2013 and January 2019, as well as an internship at Seton Hall University focused on career development in 2012. Additional internships were completed at Amnesty International and the Austin Convention & Visitors Bureau in 2011 and 2009, respectively. Smijai holds dual master's degrees in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management Studies and in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University, along with a Bachelor's degree in History and a Graduate Certificate in Global Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
