Francesca Deleon

Francesca DeLeon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and human resources. Currently serving as the Sr. Talent Development Lead at Air Liquide since February 2019, Francesca collaborates with the cross-border Talent Management team to create the annual Learning and Development catalog and manage a language program for employees across North and South America. Previous roles at Air Liquide included managing virtual onboarding initiatives and advising on talent programs. Prior to that, Francesca worked at Houston Methodist, overseeing large-scale employee events, and held various roles at Enbridge Energy, where responsibilities included managing community investment funds. Early career experience includes positions at State Farm and alliantgroup, focusing on client support and administrative tasks. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M University.
