Chad Dohlen has had a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. In 2008, they worked as a Spin Cycle Instructor at Life Time Fitness. From 2008 to 2009, they served as the Managing Director at The Mergis Group. In 2009, they were the Vice President of Staffing at BERG Professional Staffing. In 2010, they worked as a Wellness Consultant at OptumHealth. From 2011 to 2016, they held the position of Market Director at Volt Workforce Solutions. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Regional Vice President at AppleOne Employment Services. In 2018, they worked as the Manager of MSP Solutions at Crowdstaffing. In 2019, they became the President of Midwest Staffing and KeyStaff Professionals, both divisions of Midwest Staffing. Chad also briefly worked as the Vice President of Client Solutions at Pipeline Talent Solutions in 2019.
