Russell Fulling

Russell Fulling has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Russell started their career as an Accountant at the Export Import Bank of the United States in 1990 and then moved on to become an Internal Auditor at American Express OPEN. During their time at American Express, Russell conducted audits of credit card operations and reported the results to senior management.

In 1992, Russell joined REL Consultancy as a Project Manager. In this role, they designed and implemented working capital reduction strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Russell also improved days sales outstanding and consistently reduced working capital requirements, providing free cash flow for clients.

From 1999 to 2004, Russell worked as a Project Manager at Versata, where they managed a team in designing and building enterprise business applications. Russell successfully automated banking credit card application processes and implemented an insurance surety loan verification system.

In 2003, Russell became the Director of Technology at Pharos Innovations, where they architected and developed a healthcare monitoring system for disease management using the Microsoft .Net Framework.

Starting in 2009, Russell held two concurrent positions. Russell worked as a Management Consultant at Consultant CTS Holdings Inc., designing and implementing the consolidation process for the client's international accounting department. Russell also served as a Management Consultant at The Highland Group, where they designed information systems for managing working capital and managed a team to implement enterprise application improvements, resulting in significant working capital savings.

In 2013, Russell joined NetSuite as a Sr. Technical Consultant, providing technical expertise in implementing NetSuite solutions. Russell then transitioned to Keystone Business Services in 2019, where they currently serve as the Practice Director, overseeing the operations and ensuring successful delivery of NetSuite solutions.

Throughout their career, Russell has demonstrated their ability to manage teams, design and implement systems, and contribute to significant cost savings and process improvements.

Russell Fulling obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Pace University between 1982 and 1985. Russell later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Latin American Studies at The George Washington University from 1989 to 1990.
