David Stewart

David Stewart possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the engineering and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Keystone Consultants, Inc. since September 2012, David previously held the same title at Atkins from October 2010 to August 2012, following Atkins' acquisition of PBS&J Inc. David spent nearly eight years at PBS&J Inc. as Vice President, overseeing the Energy Engineering and Survey and Telecommunications divisions. Additionally, from January 1996 to September 2002, David served as Associate Vice President at Michael Baker Corporation, where responsibilities included directing operations in Mexico and Brazil, managing a team of over 200 professionals in engineering, permitting, and GIS services for the telecommunications and energy industries.
