Ethan Weaver

Ethan Weaver has a diverse work experience. Ethan started working at Keystone Custom Homes in 2007 as a Product Development Assistant Designer, where they updated standard plans, drafted plans, and managed their workload effectively. In 2010, they worked as an Estimator/Drafter at Clark Associates, where they estimated the cost of commercial projects and communicated with sales reps and contractors. From 2010 to 2011, Ethan worked as a Drafting Technician at Handrail Design Inc., where they designed code-compliant handrails and collaborated with project managers and architects. In 2011, they were a Cost Estimator and Project Designer at LaserFab. Ethan then rejoined Keystone Custom Homes in 2012, initially as a CAD Drafter/Designer and later as a Computer Aided Design Manager. In these roles, they developed and implemented new products, redesigned existing plans, and trained new drafters. Currently, Ethan is the Director of Drafting & Design at Keystone Custom Homes, responsible for overseeing the drafting department and problem-solving in both drafting and construction.

Ethan Weaver completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design major and at Millersville University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Lancaster Mennonite High School from 2002 to 2006.
