Gary Coolbeth

Gary Coolbeth has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Regional Construction Manager at Keystone Custom Homes since August 2010, where responsibilities have included roles as Builder/Superintendent and Customer Relations Manager. Prior to this position, Gary Coolbeth worked as Construction Manager at GCF Homes from January 2002 to July 2010, overseeing all aspects of the residential home building process. Gary Coolbeth also founded GJC Foundations, INC, serving as President/Owner from September 1995 to December 2001, specializing in residential and small commercial concrete foundations. Gary Coolbeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Pensacola Christian College, earned between 1991 and 1995.
