Shay Miles is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering, construction management, and leadership development. Holding professional licenses in multiple states, Shay has worked in various engineering roles, including as President of Lodestar Engineering, LLC and Milestone Restoration, LLC, President of Keystone Experts and Engineers, LLC, and as a Project Manager at Western LLC. Shay's career has included managing design and construction projects, overseeing civil design processes, and founding The Cowboy Academy, a ministry focused on leadership and discipleship. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Shay's expertise spans across engineering, construction, and leadership development.
