Volkan Çeri

Volkan Çeri has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Volkan is currently serving as the Vice President at Keystone Group starting from October 2021.

Prior to this, Volkan worked at STFA Construction Group from November 2017 to April 2019, where they held the role of Director Project Management Office. During their tenure, they successfully led the establishment of a centralized Project Management Office, implemented project management and monitoring tools, and improved the bottom line of stressed projects through strategic action plans.

Before their role at STFA Construction Group, Volkan worked at Enerjisa from December 2014 to November 2017. Volkan served as the Asset-Optimization Manager and played a key role in implementing asset management tools and processes across a diversified fleet of power plants. Their achievements include turning an unprofitable gas-fired asset into a profit center and leading a business improvement plan, resulting in significant cost savings and revenue increase.

Volkan also has experience working at Symirna International, Hifab International AB, Citi, and Black & Veatch in various roles earlier in their career. These roles include Founder, Grant Scheme Manager, MBA Summer Intern, and Project Engineer.

Volkan Çeri completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University between 1994 and 1997. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business from 2001 to 2003.
