John Jabour

As Vice President and Chief Information Officer, John Jabour is responsible for directing the overall information strategy and technology vision for Keystone Human Services.

John has over 20 years of experience with information technology and operations leadership. He has broad experience in all areas of information technology including cloud strategies, collaboration technology, strategic development, transformation, project management, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise applications, infrastructure, information security, and IT governance.

Before joining Keystone Human Services, he led regional information technology efforts for several hospitals within a six-hospital health system at WellSpan Health. Prior to joining WellSpan, John was the CIO for Ephrata Community Hospital, an SAP consultant, and managed IT programs for Armstrong World Industries.

John earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in accounting, and his master’s in leadership and information technology from Duquesne University. He is a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer. He is a past board member for the Schreiber Pediatric Rehabilitation Center. He is actively involved in the community as a PIAA football and track and field official and is a volunteer for the Lancaster County Junior Golf Tour.
