Michele Chang

Michele Chang serves as Keystone Human Services’ Vice President of Compliance and Corporate Integrity. She is an attorney who brings nearly 20 years of experience in managing and directing compliance departments in a variety of hospital and health care settings. She is responsible for the oversight of the corporate compliance program across the organization, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues within the organization. In her role, she ensures that the Board of Directors, management, and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s Standards of Conduct.

Michele received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her master’s in healthcare administration from Saint Louis University and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
