Nick Kormos, CIC, CPIA is currently the Executive Director of Organic Growth at Keystone Insurers Group, where they focus on helping partner agencies establish systems for producer success and agency growth. Nick also coaches producers who want to expand their book of business. Previously, Nick worked at MarshBerry as a Vice President, where they provided consulting services in various areas of the insurance industry. Prior to that, they served as a Commercial Lines Producer and Director of Agency Operations at Insurance Systems Group, specializing in large commercial property/casualty accounts. Additionally, Nick worked at Jade-Sterling Steel as a Sales Trainer and Account Executive, recruiting and training new salespeople and generating leads. Nick also has experience as a Computer Seminar Trainer and Developer at Ohio University's Computer Services Center, conducting seminars on MS office applications and designing training manuals.

Nick Kormos, CIC, CPIA has a diverse education history that includes both academic and professional certifications. Nick received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems and Interpersonal Communication from Ohio University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. In 2010, they obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from the National Alliance For Insurance Education & Research, specializing in Commercial & Personal Property/Casualty Insurance.

Prior to their college education, Nick Kormos attended Sycamore High School in Cincinnati, where they earned their diploma from 1993 to 1997.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nick Kormos has also obtained several certifications in the insurance and finance industries. Nick holds certifications such as the Property, Casualty, Life, & Health Insurance from the Ohio Department of Insurance, which they obtained in June 2007. Nick also passed the SIE - Securities Industry Essentials Exam, Series 63 State Law Exam, and Series 7 Top-Off Exam from FINRA in April 2020.
