Amy Jing Han, MS, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as an HR Manager at Keystone Natural Holdings since September 2018, Amy oversees HR processes for five locations in the US and Canada. Prior experience includes HR Manager roles at RIN Restaurants, supporting a family-owned restaurant chain, and Urban Affairs Coalition, where Amy advanced from HR Assistant to Senior HR Generalist, managing a wide range of HR functions for over 400 employees. Additional roles included positions as an HR Consultant at LeapStart International Education Exchange, developing a new HR department, and HR internships at Barnes Foundation and First Philadelphia Chinese School. Amy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern Queensland and Zhejiang University, respectively.
