Juan Yun

Director Of Research Development at Keystone Natural Holdings

Juan Yun began their work experience in 2013 as a postdoctoral researcher at Gasin-DH Preservation Technology Co. Ltd., where they focused on detecting and controlling hazard factors in agricultural products and developing bio-preservatives. In 2015, they joined the University of Louisville as a postdoctoral fellow, specializing in food and agriculture science, particularly microbiology and immunology. Juan then moved on to Keystone Natural Holdings in 2020, where they held the position of Director of Research Development. In this role, they managed experiments, formulated processes, and supported the quality team to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction. Juan also played a key role on the commercialization team and was responsible for evaluating and approving raw materials. In 2023, Juan joined Campbell's as a Sr. Scientist, where they currently work.

Juan Yun obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Food Science and Technology from Jobs for young freshers between 2008 and 2013.
