Sarah Scudder

As VP and head of the Keystone Partners Chicago Career Management and Outplacement practice, Sarah oversees all aspects of service delivery. This includes strategy, best practices, day-to-day activity, metrics and reporting, and continuous improvement. Sarah also oversees the Chicago career consultant team and liaisons with our partners to support all global markets.

Sarah’s energetic and down to earth approach puts others at ease. She is a highly regarded career consultant, coaching leaders from various industries, focusing mostly on middle management to upper level executives. She frequently delivers workshops on topics such as networking, interviewing, and negotiating and facilitates a bi-weekly networking team.

Previously, Sarah worked in HR leadership positions at a major consumer products manufacturing firm as well as a $2B privately held, family owned and operated holding company. In her roles she worked with teams to design programs and processes and change initiatives to support growing companies and their organizational talent management strategy.

Sarah is certified in Hogan 360, MBTI, Birkman, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA), Personal Directions (PD), Individual Directions Inventory (IDI), and Activity Vector Analysis (AVA).

She received her MS in HR and Organizational Development Coursework from Loyola University and her BS in Marketing and Management from Western Illinois University.
