Joe S.

Joe S. began their work experience in 2005 at BSN Medical, where they held positions as USA Forecast Analyst and later as US Marketing Associate Product Manager for Fracture Management. In 2008, they joined Medela and held various roles, including Sr. Buyer/Planner, Manager of Operations and Supply Chain, Director of Operations and Supply Chain in the Healthcare sector, and finally Director of Sourcing, Human Milk, and Healthcare. During their time at Medela, they provided strategic direction to a 10-member team, managed an $80-100M spending budget, and implemented lean efforts to reduce supplier risk, inventory, order cycles, and backorders. In 2020, Joe S. became the Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain at Keystone Solutions Group.

Joe S. has a diverse education history that spans various institutions and degrees. Joe attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
