Keith Higgins PLS, PS (PA, NY, WV) began their work experience at Boucher & James as a Survey Tech, where they worked from 1998 to 1999. Keith then joined Langan Engineering & Environmental Services as a Land Surveyor, starting in December 1999 and working until April 2010. After that, they worked at UniversalPegasus International as a Project Surveyor from April 2010 to August 2011. Finally, Higgins became the President and CEO of Keystone Surveying & Mapping Inc in August 2011, and they continue to hold this position.

Keith Higgins PLS, PS (PA, NY, WV) completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1983 to 1989, they attended BCS and obtained a Diploma in General Studies. Following this, from 1989 to 1993, they attended Technological University Dublin where they pursued a degree in Geo-Surveying with a focus on Land Surveying.
