Rodney Lucas

Rodney Lucas is a Project Manager at Keystone Surveying & Mapping Inc. since January 2013, bringing over 25 years of experience in the surveying field, previously serving as a Surveyor at Michael Baker Jr. Inc. from July 1988 to January 2013. Rodney holds an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from Belmont Technical College, which was completed between 1978 and 1980, and graduated from Union Local High School in 1978.
