Mical Davis

Mical Davis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2007, Davis worked as a Merger and Acquisition Implementation Lead for Sisters of Mercy Health System, managing over 40 major hospital and clinic acquisitions. From 2015 to 2017, Davis served as the Director of Business Integration at Centene Corporation, overseeing the implementation and operational stabilization of Medicaid projects. Following this, Davis worked as a VP of Strategy Consultant at Pacific Northwest Data Solutions LLC, where they provided advisement on growth initiatives and issue resolution. Davis then moved on to Lumeris as a Senior Technical Implementation Manager, leading Medicare implementations and driving process improvements. In 2020, Davis joined Amazon as an Operations Manager and later became a Station Leader, achieving excellent delivery station rankings and safety records. Davis then worked as a Strategy Consultant and Senior Director of Business Development at AccuWeather, before taking on their current role as the Executive Vice President of Sales at Keystone Technologies in 2023. Mical Davis received a Masters of Health Administration in Healthcare Administration from Lindenwood University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Mical studied Public Relations, Communications, and Marketing at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, graduating in 1995.
