David Miller

David Miller is the current Manager of IT & Security at Keystrokes Transcription Service. David has held this position since October 2016. Prior to this, they were the Director of IT and Security at Keystrokes Transcription Services / Chartnet Technologies from November 2010 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the optimal functioning of the Company's information systems and security, including strategic development, risk management, program and project management, budgeting and financial planning, as well as policy and procedures for information security, expense control, management, and customer satisfaction. David also developed annual business plans, pre sales presentations, customer meetings and conference calls, and workflow design.

From July 2010 to November 2010, David Miller was the Senior IT Director at AccessTek.

David Miller is knowledgeable in HIPM security and privacy regulations and other applicable government regulations. David is responsible for ensuring compliance with all required regulations and obligations relating to client contracts and Business Associate Agreements.

David Miller's educational career includes completing general studies at East Aurora High School and the College of DuPage.

David Miller reports to Lee Tkachuk, CEO. They are on a team with Jeff Tkachuk - Vice President of Operations, Jay Vance - Production Coordinator and Implementation Specialist, and Tom Trainor - CFO.
