Carlos Oliveros is a skilled technical professional with experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Consultant at RELEX Solutions since May 2019 and a part-time Software Engineer at Keysys since October 2018, Carlos specializes in website development and maintenance. As the Founder and CEO of Universal Drone Operations, Carlos focuses on aerial drone advertising and social media marketing.
