Neerja Relhan

Neerja Relhan is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and HR operations, currently serving as Talent Leader at Keywords Studios since July 2024. Previously, Neerja held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at EDIIIE from February 2022 to May 2024, and acted as Deputy Manager of Talent Acquisition at Optum from May 2021 to February 2022. Additional roles include Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Publicis Sapient, Senior Manager HR at Medocity Inc, and Education Development Manager at iDiscoveri Education Pvt. Ltd. Neerja also has experience as a Project Manager of Training & Development at YGen Management Consulting Pvt Ltd and completed an HR internship at Tata Teleservices Ltd. Early career involvement includes serving as a Campus Ambassador at Infosys BPO. Neerja holds an MBA in HR from Alliance Business School and a B.Com from GCG-11.
