Elina Manandhar

Elina Manandhar is an experienced academic and operations manager with a strong background in leadership, education, and hospitality. Currently serving as a Visiting Faculty at Kathmandu University School of Management and a Faculty Lecturer at KFA, Elina specializes in subjects such as Consumer Behavior and Managerial Communication. Previous roles include Senior Manager for Leadership & Innovation at the Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurship, where responsibilities involved course planning and student support, as well as a Program Coordinator at GATE, managing admission processes and student orientation.
