Florent Ibraimi

Florent Ibraimi, MSc, HRM®, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and organizational development. Currently serving as General Manager at KFC Macedonia since October 2024, Florent is responsible for developing strategic plans, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring financial performance while fostering positive team environments. Prior to this role, Florent held various positions at LEORON Institute from January 2015 to November 2024, including Lead Advisor for Learning and Development Solutions in Qatar, where responsibilities encompassed managing sales activities, conducting team meetings, and providing coaching to enhance results. Additionally, Florent served as an International Training Consultant at Limidi DOO and began the career as an Accountant. Florent holds a Master's degree in Monetary Policy, Finance and Banking, as well as a Bachelor of Economics focused on Finance and Financial Management Services from the Faculty of Economics at the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius."
