Jane Lopez

Jane Lopez has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Core Quality and Nutrition Lead at KFC UK & Ireland since March 2011, where additional roles have included Quality Assurance Lead, Senior Technical Manager, Senior New Concepts Manager, NPD Manager, Senior NPD Technologist, and NPD Technologist. Prior to this, Jane held the position of NPD Technologist at Princes Foods BV from August 2008 to March 2011 and completed a Business Placement Programme as a Food Technologist at Marks and Spencer from June 2006 to July 2007. Jane Lopez earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science from the University of Reading, graduating in 2008.
