Rebecca Adams is an experienced journalist and editor with a strong focus on health reporting. Currently serving as the Deputy Partnerships Editor at KFF Health News since March 2022, Adams facilitates collaboration between the organization and leading media outlets like NPR, CNN, and The New York Times. Adams previously worked as an Editor at CQ - Roll Call Group, managing a team of health reporters, and held the position of Associate Editor at CQ Roll Call, where notable coverage included the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Writer at Congressional Quarterly, journalism fellow at Kaiser Family Foundation, and reporter positions at The Chattanooga Times and The Arizona Republic. Adams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Emory University and has completed Master’s degree classes in Government at The Johns Hopkins University.
