Ester Wolmarans

Ester Wolmarans is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group Head of HR at KFML Holdings (PTY) Ltd since February 2022, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies for over 15 group companies and 2,600 staff throughout Southern Africa. Prior to this role, Ester held several positions at Aspen Pharmacare from 2006 to 2022, including Employee Relations Specialist and Employee Relations Manager, managing a team to support 2,300+ employees and advising on dispute resolution and compliance.
