Dawn Moldenhour

Dawn Moldenhour, PMP, SPC, is a seasoned IT program manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and optimizing project performance. Currently serving as Lead IT Program Manager at Kforce Inc, Dawn coordinates program efforts to ensure successful delivery and communicates progress to leadership and stakeholders. Previously, as Solution Train Engineer and Strategy Advancement Advisor at Humana, Dawn coached leaders on agile practices and facilitated strategic alignment within solution trains. In roles at Emerson Automation Solutions, expertise was leveraged to manage large global teams and deliver complex IT programs, while significant contributions were made as Sr. Program Manager at ERCOT, overseeing projects essential to the reliability of the Texas electric grid. Dawn began a career in project management at Amplify FCU and holds a BA in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
