Peter Weingartner

Peter Weingartner, CFA has a diverse work experience. Peter started at KfW as a Working Student in August 2011 and transitioned into roles as a Junior Manager and later a Senior Manager in Transaction Management from September 2016 to November 2019. Currently, they serve as an Assistant Vice President at KfW IPEX-Bank, specializing in Financial Modelling Advisory for Project Finance. Additionally, they will have a brief secondment at Mazars in the US in April 2023, focusing on Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment.

Peter Weingartner, CFA has a diverse education history. Peter completed an Auslandssemester at Stellenbosch Business School in 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Finance - MS degree with a specialization in Corporate Finance at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, which they completed from 2015 to 2016. Before pursuing their Master's, they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, Peter also had the opportunity to attend an Auslandssemester at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Peter has achieved several certifications. Peter is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, which they obtained from the CFA Institute in October 2019. Peter also successfully completed the CFA Level II examination in June 2018 and the CFA Level I examination in June 2017, both from the CFA Institute.
