Hamza Mjahed

Water, Natural Resources And Climate Protection Local Expert & Coordinator

Hamza Mjahed is a water, natural resources, and climate protection local expert currently coordinating infrastructure projects and public policy reforms at KfW since February 2024. Previously, Hamza served as an IR specialist at the Policy Center for the New South, focusing on policy analysis and strategic communication from December 2019 to January 2024. Additional experience includes roles as an IR research assistant and teaching assistant at UM6P, where Hamza taught courses in strategic intelligence and international relations from September 2020 to December 2021. Earlier positions include network coordinator for the Migration Hub Network and an intern at EY's Brussels office. Hamza holds an Executive Master of Science in Geopolitics and Geo-economics of Emerging Africa from HEC Paris and a Master's degree in International Relations from Hochschule Furtwangen, along with a Licence d’excellence in political science from Mohammed V University in Rabat.
